First Day at Chennai

In my previous blog I had mentioned about my journey from Delhi to Chennai by train and the various towns that I had come across during this journey. Now here I was in Chennai in the year 1981.  At that time it was known as Madras city, so henceforth I shall mention Chennai as Madras.
